Want to create a podcast of a conversation conducted through the online phone service called Skype? This could be beneficial in a distance education course for these reasons: (1) Skype allows up to four people to talk at once, (2) it’s free (and doable as long as each party has a microphone and speakers hooked up to their computers, and (3) the conversation could be recorded (as explained in this article) and converted into a podcast for other students to listen to or for review of a previous discussion.
